Embracing Your Unshakeable Drive: A Message from Spencer Uncensored E55

Hello Unshakeable Tribe!

I hope this message finds you well, wherever you are tuning in from. I've had a whirlwind of a day, fully immersed in my work and planning exciting things for all of us. I want to take a moment to share some of these developments and thoughts with you.
Firstly, I'm thrilled to talk about the progress of our 'Real Estate Reset' course. This course is a labor of love, designed to truly transform your approach to real estate. It's not just about new information; it's about taking new actions. It's a comprehensive journey, likely taking a dedicated agent about 12 weeks to complete. Remember, it's the work you put in that makes the difference.

Alongside the course, I'm also working on my upcoming book. This project is close to my heart, and I'm excited about the direction it's taking. We're planning a book launch team and a series of pre-sale events across the country. These events will include three-hour 'Unshakeable Drive' masterclasses and mastermind sessions, offering a deep dive into the concepts that drive our success.

I'm also excited to talk about sales, specifically the importance of understanding and addressing problems before offering solutions. In our current economic landscape, where the average American income struggles to meet the rising cost of living, it's more important than ever to be aware of these challenges and how they affect our clients and ourselves.

But this is more than just about financial success. It's about adopting an 'unshakeable' mindset. To achieve this, we must overcome the resistances that hold us back in various areas of our lives. There are four key factors to developing an unshakeable drive: Dream, Desire, Disturbance, and Decision. Each of these plays a crucial role, and understanding them deeply will be a game changer.

I also want to touch upon the broader issues of health and lifestyle that affect many of us. It's alarming to see the high rates of obesity, anxiety, and depression in our society. This is a call to action for all of us to strive for better, to move beyond the average, and to embrace a life of unshakeable drive.

In the end, I invite you all to join me in this journey. Whether it's attending our events, participating in the book launch, or simply engaging in a conversation, your involvement is invaluable. Let's work together to break free from mediocrity and live the unshakeable life we all deserve.

Stay tuned for more updates, and feel free to reach out to me if you're interested in collaborating or learning more about our programs. Together, we can make big things happen.

Best regards,
Spencer

The Feeling of Progress

We can make a list. We can plan the week. We can block out the calendar. But the question isn't just "What?" The real question is "Why?" The "what" is the task. It's the meeting, the email, the first draft, the phone call. It's the hard work. But the "why" is the feeling. It's the quiet satisfaction of a completed task. The rush of momentum. The relief of getting started. The sense of control. The lightness that comes from doing the work instead of just thinking about it. That feeling is the fuel. It's the reason we show up tomorrow. It’s the feedback loop that reinforces the behavior. So, don't just ask what you must focus on. Also, ask what it will feel like when it's done. Describe the feeling. In detail. The feeling of the inbox at zero. The feeling of seeing the first paragraph on the page. The feeling of the difficult conversation having been had. Focus on the feeling first. The rest will follow. The Two Demands of Your Future

Your goals are not passive wishes. They are active demands. They demand a change. And every demand can be broken down into two essential, non-negotiable actions: What must begin? This isn't about grand gestures. It's about the single, focused, uncomfortable step. The one email. The five minutes of planning. The single conversation. The research. The quiet practice. What is the smallest possible ignition that your future self is begging you to light, starting this week? And then, the harder part: What must cease? Because capacity isn't infinite. Every "yes" to an old habit is a "no" to a new future. Every comfortable distraction is a veto of your dreams. What is the single, comfortable, familiar thing you are doing—or not doing—that your future self needs you to ruthlessly eliminate , starting this week? Your goals aren't waiting for perfection. They're waiting for the intentional, deliberate shift. The start. The stop. What are the two demand...

The Conversation

The one happening right now. The one in your head. The one you’ve been having since you were a child. The relentless, ever-present monologue. This is the most important conversation you will ever have. It's the one that determines your choices, shapes your worldview, and sets your limits. But what if someone else was listening in? What if a friend, a mentor, or a loved one heard you talk to yourself the way you sometimes do? The criticism, the doubt, the dismissal of your own ideas, the harsh judgments. Would you let them? We set a standard for how others should treat us, for the kindness and respect we expect from them. We have a line. But when it comes to ourselves, the line often disappears. We allow a level of discourse—a kind of verbal abuse—that we would never, ever tolerate from another person. Your inner voice is not just a passenger; it's the pilot. And if you wouldn't trust someone else to talk to you that way, why would you let yourself? The conversation you'...
