You're not broken, you just need a better strategy

When I began coaching as a service, there was an interesting pattern that started to show up.  Some agents were really good at producing and just needed an adjustment in their mindset to move forward. Other agents approached the business with all the positivity of Stuart Smalley (if you weren't old enough to watch SNL in the 90"s, then you'll have to google him).  These agents had the mindset, just lacked the mechanics.  Basically, all will - no skill.  And before you tell me that will beats skill, I agree.  However I've yet to meet someone have a bag of money fall on their head because they willed it to themselves.  Moving forward requires mechanics along with that mindset.  Most agents were hungry for more, but they really struggled to create the alignment needed to move forward with power.  There was no system to diagnose and fix the issue.   After well over 10,000 hours of one on one time,  we began to see this relationship. Moving forward is a way of life

Regardless of where you and your business has been, there's always a way to keep moving forward. I was born in Naples, Italy to an Italian Mother and to an American Father, serving in the US Navy.  They were divorced 7 years later. I went on to be raised by two women, both with entrepreneurial DNA. My early life was filled with change, evidenced by the fact I only started and ended in the same school twice.  Basically we changed schools every year except those two.  After a short stint to live in Italy my junior year, we moved back to the US and I decided to get my GED rather than go for my senior year.  I needed to help make money for the family and school wasn't my thing at the time.  Shortly thereafter, I sidestepped my dream of being in the military and went to Bible College, got married by 22 and a Father at 23.... and clueless. There's only so much you can provide for your family as an Assistant Pastor of a rural country church....

For those in the real estate industry, this means gearing up for a strong finish in October, November, and December to springboard into 2024. Anchor Goals vs. Emotional Motivators One of the key conversations we're having right now is about anchor goals and emotional motivators. We often find ourselves balancing between what's possible and what's probable. It's crucial to set realistic goals based on your past performance, but it's equally important not to limit yourself based on what's probable. Embrace Flexibility: Intention Without Attachment Flexibility is a powerful concept, one that involves having intentions without att...

It's not just about setting targets; it's about understanding why you want to achieve them. When you connect emotionally to your goals, you're more likely to stay committed and take the necessary actions. Progression and Flexibility Today, we're ...
